1. 概述

本服務條款（下稱「條款」）係由 Simon 所有，並用於其所維運之 S-Claw 自動化工具。本條款規範該等工具與相關 Meta（Facebook / Instagram）Developer App 的使用。

2. 工具性質

本工具為帳號擁有者個人 / 內部使用之自動化輔助，不對外提供 SaaS 服務，亦不開放第三方註冊或使用。

3. 授權範圍

使用本工具即代表帳號擁有者授權其代為執行以下行為：

  • 於擁有者本人的社群帳號發布內容（文字、圖像、連結）
  • 讀取擁有者本人帳號之發布結果與互動數據
  • 於擁有者本人裝置儲存必要之 access token 與設定

4. 內容責任

所有由本工具產出並發布之內容，由帳號擁有者承擔最終責任，包含但不限於：

  • 遵守當地法律與所在平台社群守則
  • 不得侵害第三方智慧財產權
  • 不得發布仇恨、騷擾、誤導或有害內容

5. 免責聲明

本工具按「現狀」（AS IS）提供，無任何明示或默示之擔保。對於以下情況，作者不負任何責任：

  • 因 LLM 生成內容造成的任何錯誤、不準確或歧義
  • 因平台 API 變更、限流、停機所致之服務中斷
  • 因 OAuth token 管理不當（如未撤銷）造成之未授權發文
  • 因使用者自行修改原始碼造成之非預期結果

6. 終止

帳號擁有者得隨時於 Meta Business Suite、X Developer Portal 或 Google OAuth Console 撤銷對應 App 的授權。撤銷後本工具立即喪失代表擁有者執行 API 操作的能力。

7. 條款變更

本條款可能不定期更新。重大變更將於本頁公告，並更新「最後更新」日期。

8. 準據法

本條款依中華民國（Republic of China）法律解釋與適用。

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are owned by Simon and apply to the S-Claw automation tools they operate. The Terms govern use of those tools and the associated Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Developer Apps.

2. Nature of the Tools

The tools are personal / internal automation utilities for the account owner. They are not offered as a SaaS service and are not open for third-party signup or use.

3. Scope of Authorization

By using the tools, the account owner authorizes them to perform the following on the owner's behalf:

  • Publish content (text, images, links) to the owner's own social accounts
  • Read publishing results and engagement metrics on the owner's own accounts
  • Store necessary access tokens and settings on the owner's own device

4. Content Responsibility

All content generated and published via the tools is the sole responsibility of the account owner, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance with local law and the platform's community standards
  • Non-infringement of third-party intellectual property
  • Avoidance of hateful, harassing, misleading, or harmful content

5. Disclaimer

The tools are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author bears no liability for:

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or ambiguity in LLM-generated content
  • Service disruption due to platform API changes, rate limits, or outages
  • Unauthorized posting caused by mismanagement of OAuth tokens (e.g., failure to revoke)
  • Unintended outcomes from user-side modification of source code

6. Termination

The account owner may revoke the App's authorization at any time via Meta Business Suite, the X Developer Portal, or the Google OAuth Console. Upon revocation, the tools immediately lose the ability to perform API operations on the owner's behalf.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
